Andrew Hawkes (Managing Director) has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2000, full board member of RICS España and President of the Commercial Property Group at RICS España. He has extensive experience in portfolio and investment consultancy, occupier real estate strategy and valuations.

Sarah Hopkins has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2010 and with Patron since the beginning of 2011. She has client-side experience as well as consultancy experience in development and lease consultancy, financial modelling, portfolio analysis and valuation.

Alberto Román (Analyst) joined Patron at the end of 2011 and with a background in economics specialises in Patron’s research and database and mapping capabilities.

Kat Lovell (Administrator) has a background in the events industry both in the UK and Spain. She currently provides office and financial administration support to the company.

Alex Pazos (Junior Consultant), a recent graduate from a RICS accredited real estate degree, works primarily within the research team but provides support to all project teams.
